PMTI is located in Surgoinsville, Tennessee, on a 25-acre site facilitating the efficient movement of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished product. The Tool, Forge, Maintenance, Final Inspection and Administrative buildings total 145,000 sq. ft. The Plant's design features an efficient straight-line process flow that minimizes material handling and inventory requirements.

PMTI is conveniently reached from Interstate routes 81 and 40, which both feed into the major roads serving the east-central U.S. The Johnson City Tri-Cities Airport is approximately 35 miles east. Knoxville's McGhee-Tyson Airport is approximately 65 miles west.
